Components we supply
- Bearing plate, for example part 96157.
- Head seal and sealing plate.
- Head locking components.
- Permeate port adapter and its O-rings.
- Side port seals.
- Complete vessels where the shell is damaged.
What fails and which part it needs
| Symptom | Usual cause | What we quote |
|---|---|---|
| Leak at the head | Worn or badly seated head seal | Head seal |
| Permeate leak at the port | Adapter O-rings | Adapter and O-rings |
| Leak at a side port | Port seals | Port seal kit |
| Cracked or deformed bearing plate | Excessive pressure drop across the elements | Bearing plate, plus a check of differential pressure |
| Corroded locking hardware | Seawater exposure and missed maintenance | Locking components |
A vessel with damage to the locking groove or the shell is not repaired with spares: it is replaced. Do not operate a vessel with damaged locking components.
