What we supply, who we supply and how an order works.

A wrong quotation costs more than a slow one. That is why we check the model before we put a price on it.
Model, serial number and quantity. A photo of the equipment nameplate prevents most quoting errors.
We verify the model against the manufacturer's data sheet, confirm stock and lead time with the source, and flag any mismatch.
Price, lead time confirmed with the source, Incoterm, and the documents that ship with the order. Reply within 4 business hours.
What we need to quote
- Exact model and serial number from the equipment nameplate.
- Manufacturer part number, if you have it.
- Quantity and position (for example, which elements in a vessel).
- Delivery country and address.
- If the plant is down, say so on the form and we handle it first.
Documents you receive
- Commercial invoice and packing list.
- Distributor invoice or confirmation identifying where the part was bought.
- Manufacturer's certificate of origin where the manufacturer issues one.
- Photos of the parts and their labels before dispatch.
- Air waybill (AWB) or bill of lading (B/L).
What buying in Europe means
We buy through manufacturer channels and distributors in Europe and the Middle East. Buying in Europe does not change where a product was made: a Toray membrane is still Japanese-origin and an ERI pressure exchanger is still US-origin. What it gives you is a documented purchase chain from the source to your plant.

Frequently asked questions
Are the parts genuine?
Yes. We supply original manufacturer parts bought through the manufacturers' distribution channels.
Do you supply small plants or only large projects?
Both. We quote anything from a single O-ring or membrane element to complete units for new trains.
Which currency do you quote in?
US dollars or euros, as you prefer. The quotation states the Incoterm and delivery point.
Can you help select a new model?
We check that the requested model matches your operating data and the manufacturer's data sheet. Process design remains the responsibility of your engineers or the equipment manufacturer.
